Alibaba Group - I sent money to a seller he won't give me my refund for my product or give me a refund and Alibaba is not helping me to get my money back

Well Alibaba has not help me resolve the issue they keep on saying that the senior team is still making a decision the seller has told me that because I have asked Alibaba to help me he has slowed down my refund to me and basically saying that he ain't giving me a refund so I have went on to better Business bureau I have made a filed a scam report against the seller and so they sent me a message saying that it's under four investigation and if it has to come to law enforcement that they will get it done it seems like I'm the only one doing any work to give me my refund and it's not working so I'm not happy there's been no update no one is helping me to get my money back from this seller and I'm about to if I have to I'm about to do scam file thru Alibaba because for two weeks now they have told me that it's going it's priority number one it's going straight up to the senior team and everything else for 2 weeks it's been up to Senior team and no one has done anything about it and I'm getting really fed up I'm getting really upset I'm not getting no results or anything and I have even filed a complaint against the seller and nothing

Alibaba.com has a scammer who fraudulently made a company up and a freight transportation company, both of them up on BBCbetterbenefitsbureau.com, and they don't exist. They took $364 from me, and I have all the screenshots and everything else.

I have asked Alibaba to help me get my money back for a refund. It has been almost 14 days now, and they still have not helped me. They keep saying it was a scam. I gave them all the proof, all the screenshots of the whole conversation that they took $364.

Even my bank, Chime, told me they weren't a real business.

Plus, they're not even willing to help me get my money. So, I went to the actual Alibaba, who is allowing them to stay on their site and everything else, to help me get my refund, and they're not helping me at all.

User's recommendation: Do not trust people will scam you.

Monetary Loss: $364.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Alibaba Group Cons: No phone number for customer service, Do not follow through on contacting back, Literally take forever.
