My delivery never showed up and customer service stopped helping me. Where is my product for my disabled son?

Somebody named Ruiz Michele CDS. Electronic LLC stole $410 on the Alibaba platform.

She told me that I would receive the order on September 13, 3025; until now, I have never received anything, and she asked me for $310 more. I realized that it was a scam.

I can't track my order I placed on the 20th of last month. It's been, I know, 2 weeks since I placed it. The order came from hyperlight.com.

These are other items missing. My other mixer order, our washer and dryer, is still missing in action. Months ago, over 4 months ago. Please help us fix and relocate these items ASAP; they are still missing in action.

Item not received the items were purchased in June 2025. Everyone I've checked with deny that the items were purchased from them.

Sellers pretending to sell you items and once paid, never contact you or disappear!

They provide false names and company addresses and only accept retrievable funds!!

I went to buy a car on Alibaba. After getting information, I was asked to go on WhatsApp.

From there, I made a payment in SGD PayNow from Singapore to the name I thought was the seller. Tracker and tracking number to follow. Bang, you need an insurance; you have to pay yourself and we pay back after we free the car. I paid; after 2-3 days, the car was blocked.

It's still on the block. Free taxes; we take care of everything, car door to door. Several suppliers have the same slogan! I go on Alibaba; I cannot think it has scammers!

I have a lot of conversations and pictures of documents to justify their legal actions. I have tried two Alibaba complaint services; there is always something missing. I have no orders and I am not recognized, even though when I log on, Alibaba calls me Patrick and situates me in Thailand! The company that has very bad reviews is called Quickship Trailing, supposedly in the US, Colorado!

Can someone help? To whom shall I send all my accusing data? Any particular, more direct service inside Alibaba?

They could not pay because the car was in my name; I paid! Then, after another few days, the car was blocked this time by customs, and I had to pay another, you got it, 3584 SGD. I spend two hours now to try call alibaba because I make an order and when I go to pay I cant foud the option to pay credit card the only option it open its wire transfer and its take 30$ fee I wont pay my order the order from luobaisi company the order is 320$

I was trying to buy a Yamaha Genos 2 keyboard with 88 keys. I did not realize that they were scammers.

They asked me to pay via Apple Pay and Cash App (Bitcoin). I spent $310 on Apple Pay and $100 in cash while buying Bitcoin. But in the paper, they put $400. Now the problem is they are asking me to pay $310 more for the costume.

They never said something like that before. They used a lot of phone numbers to talk to me. I finally realized that they are scammers.

I need my refund because I work hard to make my money. They used the Alibaba app to steal money from me.

Never got my package and it says delivered. I've been waiting a while for my package; I really need it, please.
